- How are seats counted?
- A seat is an approved member of your workspace. The Free plan is a single-user workspace; on Team and Business you buy the number of seats you need and can change it any time.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your paid period, so you keep what you paid for.
- What happens to my data on the Free plan?
- Everything you create stays yours. If you exceed the Free limits you simply cannot add more products or members until you upgrade.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — see our refund policy. Payments, invoices and refunds are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record.
