myroadmap (the "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, password hash, workspace name) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Product content (roadmaps, features, feedback, comments, uploaded documents) — to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract.
• Usage and device data (log entries, IP address, browser type) — for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — only where you have opted in. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

Who we share it with

• Hosting, database, email and analytics providers acting as our processors.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• AI providers, where you choose to use AI drafting or handoff features.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and product data for as long as your workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards to allow recovery, then delete or anonymise it. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

Subject to local law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact us at support@myroadmap.aideas.io and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be available on this page with a revised date.
